Tucked away among flowers, ponds, open skies, and the quiet magic of Firefly Grove, Grounded in the Grove is an intimate wellness experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll gather for gentle yoga, sound baths, breathwork, guided nature walks, nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and spacious moments of rest and reflection. Spend your afternoons unwinding by the swimming pool, wandering the gardens, connecting with nature, and soaking in the calm presence of the grove’s bunnies, ponies, and goats.
Created as a soft escape from the pace of everyday life, this experience is meant to nourish your nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for joy, connection, and inner grounding. Whether you come alone or alongside a friend, you’ll leave feeling more present, restored, and deeply rooted — in both yourself and the beauty around you.
